Minority Contractors Association of Kentuckiana (MCAK) is a 501(c)(6) organization and serves minority contractors in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. There are many MCA chapters throughout the United States with its National Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Eddie Dunn is the founding Director and President of Minority Contractors Association of Kentuckiana. He leads the organization mission, goals, and contract development.
Eddie is a passionate entrepreneur and career project manager. For most of his professional career he's directed projects ranging from 1M-80M in the technology and construction verticals.
Eddie owns Destiny Communications LLC. In the 20 years as the President and CEO, he has secured technology and low voltage contracts with Churchill Downs Incorporated, Muhammad Ali Center, KFC Yum Center, Cincinnati Bell, and many others.
As a native Louisvillian for 35 years, he is a graduate of the University of Louisville and a proud Cardinal fan.

John Hilliard has 25 years working in the construction industry as a construction manager, consultant, certified commercial building inspector. mentoring youth and construction entrepreneurs.
John has worked on projects with the Kentucky International Convention Center, Muhammad Ali Center, KFC YUM Center. Through his company, he provides employment and educational opportunities for individuals who want to learn the construction industry.
John holds a bachelor's in science in Engineering from West Point served 20 years in the U.S. Army as an Armor and Aviation officer.

Yajaira Morphonios is a dedicated construction project manager and entrepreneur. Born in Puerto Rico, Yajaira worked in several leadership roles in the construction industry, abroad and mainland United States, with accomplishments in both the private and public sectors. Louisville became home in 2013 when she was appointed as the Contracts Manager for a $1.2B construction endeavor; the Ohio River Bridges Project.
Today, Yajaira is the Capital Program Controls Manager for a regional utility company in Louisville, Kentucky for its $4.2B Twenty-Year Facility Plan on behalf of Greater Jefferson County. In addition, she is a founding partner of Strategic Alliance Consultants, a celebrated project management firm that oversees a host of construction developments, while assuring that an inclusion of diverse union of small businesses are identified and contracted.
Ms. Morphonios is highly active in Latino community affairs in Louisville and is an advocate of the JobUp Loan program. She serves as Treasurer of the Design-Build Industry of America, Ohio Valley Region and Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Nspire Growth Fund, Inc.
